No. Infogreffe is the official portal of the commercial court registries, the only channel entitled to deliver the authentic Kbis extract at the regulated tariff (€3.20 incl. VAT online, €3.85 incl. VAT by post). VivaSociete is a private desk, independent from the registries and public authorities: our role is the simplified ordering of register-published documents — Kbis, deeds, financial statements, RNE extracts — with a single search, email delivery and tracking from your client area.

Probably not, and we would rather tell you straight: if you want to reach your personal Infogreffe account, go to infogreffe.fr directly. VivaSociete is an independent private desk with its own client area. If, on the other hand, you were looking to order company documents with a single search and email delivery — you are exactly in the right place.

Because two things really are free on the public-service side: consulting a company's essential information (Annuaire des Entreprises, INSEE's SIRENE data) and, for a director, downloading their own company's Kbis via MonIdenum. Outside those cases, delivery of a Kbis extract by the registry remains billed at the regulated tariff. VivaSociete is a private paid service: our value is not access to raw data, but the single desk — multi-document ordering, email delivery and tracking. Details are on our Pricing page.

MonIdenum is the registrars' free digital-identity service. Once their identity is verified, a company director downloads the Kbis of their own company at no cost. It covers that single case: your own company's Kbis. For any other company — a client, supplier or partner to check — MonIdenum does not apply; that is precisely where our ordering desk comes in.

The service covers the essential documents a company publishes: Kbis extracts, RNE extracts, articles of association and deeds filed with the registry, annual accounts and financial statements, plus registered patents and trademarks. All arrive as PDFs, ready to attach to a commercial lease, equipment leasing or supplier-referencing file.

Most documents (Kbis extracts, financial statements, RNE extracts) are prepared within minutes and sent directly by email. Some older deeds or articles require retrieval from the relevant register: allow up to 24 hours in that case. Either way, you are notified as soon as it is available, and the document remains downloadable from your client area.

The documents come from the registries and official registers: they are the same files as those delivered by the competent bodies, transmitted as PDFs. Honest precision: only a registrar delivers the authentic signed Kbis extract; for a formality that expressly requires a registry-issued document, order it via Infogreffe or your commercial court. For nearly every everyday use — rental file, supplier account opening, verification — the register documents delivered by VivaSociete do the job perfectly.

Yes: "registration certificate", "RCS proof" and "Kbis extract" designate the same document in practice for a trading company. It is the official statement of the company's RCS record. If an authority asks you for a proof of registration, the Kbis extract is what they expect.

It depends on their activity. A trading micro-entrepreneur is registered with the RCS and has a K extract (the sole-trader equivalent of the Kbis); a craftsman or freelancer comes under the RNE extract or the SIRENE status notice. Search by name or SIREN: the page shows which documents are available for that status.

Everything the company declared to the registry: company name, acronym and trade name; SIREN number and APE code; legal form and share capital; registered-office address; identity of directors and, where applicable, ongoing collective proceedings. The extract reflects the record on its edition date — hence the importance of ordering a recent one.
