These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") set out the conditions for using the services provided by CELESTIAL BUSINESS SL, registered under number B56911621, with its registered office at C/ Juan De Mena Numéro 10, 1 Izquierda 28014 – Madrid, Spain.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By using the service you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision, you must not use the service.

2. Description of the Service

Our subscription-based service provides an online platform giving access to a comprehensive database on French companies. The service includes legal and financial information, official documents, and detailed company statistics. Subscribers can also set up personalised company watchlists with alerts on significant changes, and enjoy unlimited access to data through advanced analysis and visualisation tools. All features — including data exports and watchlist management — are accessible via a web interface that requires an internet connection and a compatible browser.

3. Pricing and Subscription

The service is accessible by subscription only, under the following conditions: an initial 48-hour trial period is offered at €1.90, followed by a monthly subscription of €59.90. Renewal is automatic and monthly unless you explicitly cancel. Access to the service's features is conditional on maintaining an active subscription.

4. Trial Period and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of subscription. This right may be exercised without giving any reason and without penalty. The 48-hour trial period is included within this 14-day withdrawal period.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time, either from your account area under "Manage my subscription" or by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect immediately. Any period already started will be billed in full, with no partial refund. Cancelling during the trial period prevents conversion to a full subscription. For active subscriptions, you retain access until the end of the current monthly period. Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the next renewal date to avoid being billed for the following period.

6. Refund Policy

Our refund policy provides a full refund if you exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days. A refund may also be granted in the event of major technical issues preventing use of the service. No refunds are issued for partially used periods if cancellation occurs outside the withdrawal period.

7. Payment Methods

Payment is made by credit or debit card through our secure payment provider. By providing your payment details, you authorise the automatic collection of subscription fees.

8. User Obligations

Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, not to share login credentials, to use the service for its intended purpose, and to respect intellectual property rights.

9. Intellectual Property

All elements of the service (text, data, images, logos, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction constitutes infringement.

10. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

11. Limitation of Liability

CELESTIAL BUSINESS SL shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount of your subscription.

12. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service, subject to reasonable notice except in cases of emergency.

13. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be amended at any time. Users will be informed of material changes before they take effect.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the service in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent use, or non-payment of subscription fees.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Madrid shall have jurisdiction.
